Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We make every effort to ship and deliver orders in a timely manner. Standard shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not process shipments on weekends or national holidays. 

During periods of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers via email if an order is delayed more than 2 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. Delays can occasionally occur during busy retail seasons, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We continually work to improve our shipping and logistics to avoid delays and get your order to you as soon as possible. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 14 business days so we can investigate the situation.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders including our Bliss products will require the signature of an adult over the age of 21 with a state or federally issues photo identification (drivers license, passport, etc.). No exceptions made.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After an order is processed and shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Shipment confirmations with tracking are usually sent within 24 hours of the order shipping. Once your order has left our facility and is in transit with the shipping carrier, you can track its progress using the shipping tracking number provided in your email. Tracking capabilities allow you to see the current location of your package and estimated delivery date. Shipments are usually in transit for 2-4 business days within the contiguous United States. Transit days may be longer for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to track or provide estimated delivery dates for some rural postal codes. International shipments may take 4-6 weeks in transit and can be tracked until they leave the United States. Once they arrive in your country, tracking may no longer update. Check with your local postal service for further tracking. Please contact us if you have not received your shipment confirmation and tracking number within 2 business days of your order being processed. We are happy to look into the status of your order and ensure it gets shipped out properly.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Big Kola LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by your country for imported goods. All additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. When ordering from Big Kola LLC, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you are receiving the goods. Any additional customs fees, import duties, value-added taxes, or other tariffs are not included in your order total and will not be paid by Big Kola LLC. The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees or other charges related to the importation of products purchased from Big Kola LLC. Failure to pay any fees may result in your country's customs office holding your package until the fees are collected. If your shipment encounters an issue related to customs or import duties, Big Kola LLC will not be liable and the customer must cover any additional costs to re-ship or redirect the package. Contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding import regulations or charges for your country.

Damages

Big Kola LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship select products to most countries worldwide. We can currently ship to the following regions: - Europe - Asia Pacific - North America (United States, Canada, Mexico) - South America - Australia and New Zealand Before placing an international order, please check if we deliver to your country by contacting our customer service team. We are unfortunately unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, customs fees, VAT, and taxes associated with international orders. These charges are not included in the item price and must be paid upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for more information. We provide all necessary international shipping documents to clear customs but have no control over the process once it reaches your country. International orders can also be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Delivery times for international orders are dependent on customs clearance and local postal services. We cannot guarantee estimated delivery times for international shipments. Order processing, shipping transit, and delivery to your country may take 4-8 weeks in some cases. Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 8 weeks so we can investigate.
